Last week, we had SEVERAL special guests from the (drum roll) Mississippi-Wilsons!!! That’s what we like to call our cousins from (my dad’s brother) Uncle Marcus’s side of the family. Wednesday night, we were privileged that he actually returned our phone call enjoyed dinner with my cousin Marcus (aka “JR”,) who was nice enough to grace us with his presence spend time with us after a presentation he gave at an FBI conference here in Charlotte. Before dinner, he stopped by the house to start practicing holding babies since he’s gonna be an uncle in April (yay Paige and Andrew)! Although I miss her, I’m not sure Grandmother could’ve handled having to choose favorite grandchild after these pictures with SECOND FAVORITE Marcus kissing Anne Louise and playing with her feet, even if she is FIRST FAVORITE Tricia’s baby.
This weekend continued more Mississippi-Wilson time as Paige and Andrew were in town for a friend’s wedding. Seeing as how Dean and Deluca is the traditional Wilson hangout for breakfast time meetings, we all met up Saturday morning for some “visiting” (as Grandmother would call it). We were able to congratulate the future parents in person and catch up. It was like a sneak peak to Thanksgiving! Here are some pictures from our “hangout time” at Dean and Deluca.
