Happy 11 Month Birthday Anne Louise!

Edited08bw

Anne Louise’s first birthday is fast approaching!  Our little 11 month old girl is not a walker (yet), but she’s definitely a talker.  When she finishes her bottle, excuse me, Sippy Cup (that’s right, no more bottles!), she says, “All gone.”  She loves to say “Uh-o” when something falls on the ground (and sometimes she says it before she intentionally throws something on the ground).  “Bye-bye” is still a favorite, too, and she loves to wave anytime we leave somewhere.  In fact, our not-so-polite little munchkin will sometimes start waving before we leave, letting everyone know she’s ready to go.

Anne Louise’s Eleven Month Stats

Height/Weight/Head: We haven’t had a doctor’s appointment in a long time (yay for being healthy), but she’s wearing between size 12 and 18 months for clothes.

Favorite Activity:  Besides talking, she loves playing with books and her stuffed animals.   Sometimes she runs her pointer finger along the pages of a book, so of like we do when we point to the words as we read.  Its really cute to hear AL talk while looking at books or playing with her stuffed animals.  She just rambles on. Anne Louise hasn’t had much interest in toys until now, which has worked out well because we don’t really have a lot of toys.  I have a feeling, though, that Santa is bringing lots of toys this Christmas!

Biggest Milestone in Month Eleven: No more bottles!  Anne Louise is off the bottle!  She’s a sippy cup girl 100% now, and let me tell you, our dishwasher appreciates it!

Favorite Foods:  We have yet to find something she doesn’t like.  She’s definitely inherited her dad’s love of pizza.  In fact, anything with cheese is her favorite – especially macaroni and cheese!  Anne Louise likes her veggies, too, and devours broccoli, green beans, peas – you name it!

Here are some pictures from her 11 month “chair” shots.  Looking back to her pictures in the chair from her first couple of months, its amazing how much she has grown.
