MONTH 1 (which is when we first started trying to get her on a schedule)
Bedtime: 11:00 pm (but she'd "wind down" in her swing while Patrick and I ate dinner)
Hours Slept at Night (with number of nighttime feedings): 4 (nighttime feeding at 2 AMish and 6 AMish) - she would usually go right back to sleep after each of these feedings, thank goodness
Favorite Daytime Activity: Sleeping and listening to classical music. (DEFINITELY not tummy time!)
Biggest Milestones in Month One: Getting past the struggles of breastfeeding during those first three weeks (mastitis three separate times in ten days), getting rid of the jaundice, and gaining weight!
MONTH 2
Bedtime: 11:00 pm (still having wind-down time in her swing or on her playmat while we ate dinner)
Hours Slept at Night: at least 8 straight (dropped 2AM feeding at 5 weeks and would wake up at 7ish to eat and then went back to sleep until 10AM) The first time she skipped the 2AM feeding, I woke up at 8AM and made Patrick go in to make sure she was still breathing. She was just being smiley in her crib and staring at her mobile.
Favorite Daytime Activity: Shopping (cabin fever was setting in and trips to Target became a nice distraction)
Biggest Milestones in Month Two: Sleeping through the night and starting to smile. She also started getting together with other babies in a playgroup, although that seems to be more for the moms than anything. Also, she took her first two roadtrip (Wrightsville Beach)!

MONTH 3
Bedtime: 10:00 pm (we're working backwards to try to get to 8 without disrupting her awesome ability to sleep)
Hours Slept at Night: 10 hours straight (sometimes 12, which is why we need that bedtime to be a little earlier! We were late to church one Sunday because she didn't get up until 10:15!)
Favorite Daytime Activity: She loves looking around in places be it on walks in the neighborhood or at a park, in the mall or grocery store, or in the car on the few roadtrips we've taken. She's so observant - taking in all the colors from her infant carrier or the baby bjorn sling. She is also enjoying tummy time a little more. But the mobile is the highlight of nap time and bedtime!
Biggest Milestones in Month Three: "Cooing" and cracking herself up. Its so funny to hear her squeal and then see her smiley look on her face when she realizes she made that noise! Also, going to church for the first time was a big deal. She's also discovering her hands (keeps sticking them in her mouth) and grabbing onto things, like her lovey (which she also sticks in her mouth).
